Effective date: 24 September 2026. Selipavo provides creative services rather than physical consumer goods. For that reason, this page explains project changes, cancellations, and deliverable adjustments instead of a conventional product-return policy. Every commissioned project is governed primarily by its signed scope or statement of work.
Before work starts
If you need to withdraw before scheduled work begins, notify us promptly at [email protected]. Where no work has been performed and no non-refundable booking or third-party cost has been incurred, we will discuss the appropriate treatment of any advance payment under the agreement. Reserved capacity may be subject to a stated cancellation fee.
During an active shot
Creative work benefits from decisive, consolidated feedback. If the scene objective changes after blocking, we will identify the effect on timing, scope, delivery, and cost before proceeding. Requested changes that fall outside the approved scope may be handled through a written change order, a reprioritized deliverable list, or a new schedule.
Review corrections
Approved review rounds are designed to catch direction, acting, timing, and technical issues while they are still efficient to address. Please provide notes that identify the relevant version and, where possible, the frame range or timestamp. We will correct work that does not materially match the agreed brief within the included review process.
Completed digital deliverables
Once an agreed digital animation or source-file delivery is made, it cannot be physically returned. If a technical file is corrupted, incomplete, or does not match the agreed delivery specification, contact us promptly with the version name and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, provide a corrected export or file.
Third-party and client-supplied materials
Costs already committed to third-party vendors, licences, rendering, travel, or client-requested purchases may be non-refundable. Client-supplied rigs, models, audio, and references remain the client’s responsibility to clear for use. Delays caused by unavailable inputs or approvals may require a revised production plan.
How to request a change
Send your request to [email protected] with the project name, latest version, requested adjustment, and required deadline. We will acknowledge the request, clarify whether it is in scope, and explain the next practical step. Nothing on this page overrides the change, cancellation, or payment provisions of a signed project agreement.
